The Fine Print you all need to know: 

If you are a Vendor:

Please read and print your application and your invoices carefully.  Finalized emails to all accepted vendors as we applications get processed.

If you are a Panelist or an Educator:

please read and print your application for your records.  Finalized emails to all accepted vendors as we get closer to the event. 

As we are a first year con, compensation will be considered but limited. 

The Hotel does have it own Rules and Regulations which will be respected and followed.  We all know being in the BDSM Lifestyle, there are some Taboos and Stigmas attached to us.  

As the Hotel is a Family Friendly Hotel and works with several Federal Contracts it has been asked of us that we stay Vanilla Dress in All Common Areas of the Hotel, including but not limited to: 

The Lobby, The Conference Space, The Pool Area, The Restaurants, Meeting and Panel Spaces, ETC. 

We will have 2 Play Spaces (AKA Social Areas) were the dress code can be somewhat relaxed. 

But I also know that we are one of the most Respectful Communities out there.  Please show that respect to everyone you encounter.  Please come back for all the updates.
